  • A lush English-style lawn, framed by centuries-old trees, leads to the 16th-century residence Il Casale, which features cozy apartments capable of accommodating everyone from couples to large families. The vacation apartments are nestled in the typical Tuscan countryside, just 3 km from Cortona, and offer a swimming pool, park, green spaces, and a golf driving range—ideal for small groups or families who wish to stay near Cortona without sacrificing the comforts of independent accommodations.



    The property features a large 16 x 8-meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy the unmistakable silhouette of Cortona rising high on the hill, with its bell towers and imposing walls of Etruscan origin. The town can be reached by car or on foot via the trails of the archaeological park, which begin just a few hundred meters from the farmhouse.



    The ten apartments, located on the first floor or spread over two floors, can accommodate between 2 and 8 people per apartment.

    consisting of two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds, two bathrooms with showers, two living/dining rooms, and two fully equipped kitchenettes.



    Three-room apartment for 4 guests:
