“Great place. Parking is a little tough if you have a crew cab long box truck but we made it work. Comfy house, neighborhood was quiet. Easy access in the house. The only thing i could really recommend would be for the host to add a folder/binder containing wifi password and what to do with bedding, towels, and trash when we leave. “This was a perfect place to stay for our small group, very clean and everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close to the airport, the expo center and plenty of restaurants. The property manager is easy to reach and very helpful, would definitively stay again. ”

“The house had many amenities and was a quaint house (a small bathroom but very clean). The location was ideal for my visit to university of Louisville and family in Southwest Louisville. I requested something be done about the odor. And the grass needs to be cut and yard maintenance completed. The house has a musty and mold odor. The filter needs to be changed in the floor. ”
