“We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. "Hotellet låg väldigt central, metron låg bara tvärs över gatan och man kunde lätt gå ner till centrum. Trots det centrala läget var rummet tyst och lugnt. Det fanns mycket att välja på till frukost. Personalen var trevlig och gladare jämfört med andra hotell i Lissabon. Kommer att bo här igen om jag återvänder till Lissabon. "
