“One of the most unique and charming places I have ever stayed. It is a living arts museum as much as a guest house. The main rooms, the bedrooms each have art from the original owner within. It was a joy to stay in, I wish we had been there for more than one night and would return again. One note - as I am not sure Expedia made it clear is that there are shared bathrooms and a shared lounge and kitchen. We didn’t mind that at all - but it is something to be aware of. ”

“En egen oas bara ett stenkast från stranden. Joaquim och hans hustru sköter fastigheten exemplariskt. När vi bodde där pågick bygget av den nya poolen vilket medförde en del oväsen. Poolen bör nu vara färdigställd vilket är en tillgång för nya besökare.”

“Het vakantiehuis is van veel luxe voorzien. Je kunt daarnaast gebruik maken van diverse spel en sportmogelijkheden. De accommodatie houder zet alles voor je klaar en reageert snel op vragen.Hoewel in de omschrijving van het huis niet duidelijk was vermeld dat televisie en wifi niet aanwezig zijn heeft ons gezin dit geen moment gemist. Een heerlijke vakantie gehad. ”

“Super séjour, accueil chaleureux et convivial. Manuel nous a conseillé pour les visites. A notre arrivée la plaque vitrocéramique était en panne il a tout de suite résolu le problème. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée, décoration soignée et de très bon goût. Environnement très calme et boisé. Excellent standing. A recommander. Nous reviendrons probablement.”

“Nach guter Kommunikation empfing Paolo uns sehr freundlich mit einer kleinen Geste des Hauses und gab uns gute Tips für die Stadt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. In die Stadt sind wir ca. 20-25 Minuten gelaufen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr guten Aufenthalt.”

“What an excellent location for our stay in Porto. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. She made sure that we were taken care of during our trip. Not just in the beginning when she greeted us with port and cake but throughout our trip. With this being the kids first international trip, this was very helpful even if we didn't need anything at the time. We would stay here again and again if we are in the area again. “We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house right above the Duoro river. Immaculate condition, bright, modern, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for our week-long get-away from the big city madness. Perfect locaton to explore Duoro Valley, Porto, Aveiro, Braga, and Geres. Our host, Mr. Manuel P. was the most gracious, excellent communicator, and even helped us with the luggage upon arrival and departure! “We had a very good stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Very close to restaurants and the river. Could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to a steep staircase. Apt was clean and quiet.”
