“We booked 11 nights at this hotel. The thin inner curtains had a big hole, the sofa was stained and the whole room needed an updating. When we arrived on the Friday we were asked if we wanted the room cleaned every day, every second day or not at all. We decided every second day. On Saturday they cleaned the room, then nothing happened. Wednesday night my husband went down and asked them what was said on the computer about the cleaning and had it confirmed it should be every second day. Then on...

“Wonderful Staff”

“It is an older property and they are doing renovations. The room was updated but every noise could be heard from hallway. The front desk was very helpful and nice. There was a nice coffee bar that made cappuccino. We were there for the OC marathon and they pulled out bananas and oranges early for runners ”

“Very noisy! The AC kept all the family awake at night. Sounded like crazy even if we turned it off. You could hear every noise through the walls, including the neighbours’ wild sex at 02.00 at night. We were 4 in the company but got towels only for 3. Very expensive for what it offers and has no real advantage except for the vicinity to Newport.”
