"This place is all about location, there is nothing else that merits staying here and unless you're hard pressed to find anywhere else to stay in Costa Rei, then avoid it.The personnel were not welcoming or helpful. Pool is tiny. The unexpected cleaning fee for 2 nights for such a small space was unreasonable 50e. I wrote to Management through hotels.com in hope these issues can be addressed to improve future experiences, but no reply. I also think Hotels.com must require clear information for the booker about additional charges for cleaning or sheets/towels when they are not included in the price. Its not always clear when reading the policies of the accommodation. 50e turns out to be a big difference in price for someone staying only a night. "
