We offer for rent a large villa with swimming pool offering a beautiful sea view of the Gulf of Ajaccio, the Sanguinaires Islands and the maquis. It is located 5 minutes by car from Portigliolo beach and 10 minutes from Mare Sole beach (silver beach), near hiking trails. Ajaccio airport is 35 minutes away by car.
The house consists of 7 bedrooms with air conditioning (reversible). 5 double bedrooms with 160 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined or separated, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. 5 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite with a master bedroom), 5 separate toilets. 4 bedrooms are on the first floor, and 3 are upstairs, and they all have sea and pool views.

Two terraces: a large covered terrace on the west side (in the shade for lunches facing the sea, outdoor lounge and barbecue) and a terrace on the east side (on the garden side)

An 8 x 4m swimming pool protected by a roller shutter, surrounded by a large deck and deckchairs, as well as an ideal outdoor shower after the beach
Wifi, television, and many board games are available as well as a ping-pong table. There are also facilities for the little ones: baby seat, travel cot, mini bath, 2 children's chairs
It is in a large wooded plot, fenced of 2500 m2. Young children must be supervised at all times (protected swimming pool with shutters, garden with stones, etc.).
Portigliolo cove is preserved and little frequented, even in summer. It offers many leisure options: active and renowned sailing club, motorboat rental, straw huts and restaurants, petanque, tennis and padel.
I can also rent the house in "small format" mode with 3 bedrooms (6p, 2 double beds and one with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms).
Noisy parties are not allowed in the house in order to respect the neighborhood and ensure the tranquility of the place.
