The swimming pool area (with extra charge depending on the week chosen: contact me for rates), features a large pool, solar shower, sunbathing area and 2 garden lounge areas with breathtaking views. Pool towels are included. An evening party until 10 p.m. features Corsican music and dimmed lights overlooking the illuminated bay at night.
In a quiet location, far from night-time disturbances, a spacious, independent 70m2 villa with air conditioning (living room AND bedroom) and 48m2 terrace with sea view.
This spacious F2 sleeps 4 + 1 extra bed, and comprises a large living room with dining area, a lounge with flat-screen TV and new convertible sofa, all with bay windows opening onto the terrace.
An open-plan kitchen with bay window opening onto the terrace, also with bar area, fitted and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, 3-burner ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, etc.
A hallway leads to: a wall-hung toilet, a spacious shower room with a heated towel rail, a shower and a sink unit with plenty of storage space,
a vast, beautiful bedroom with bay window overlooking the terrace, featuring a very large closet and a bed that can be separated into 2 beds if required, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
On the terrace are a dining area, a new plancha, deckchairs and garden furniture.
The sea view is from the front of the garden furniture and from the side of the terrace.
All windows are fitted with roller shutters.
Free private parking on the fenced property.

A baby kit can be provided for an extra charge of 45€, including a cot, high chair, baby dishes and baby phone.
A laundry service is available on request: towels for 15€/person and bed linen with beds made up for 25€/bed to be paid on site.
Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning 65€ to be paid on site on arrival.
