“If you're traveling and really just need a quiet, comfortable, and no fuss place to stay this is it.This place was honestly one of the most well thought-out places I have ever stayed. It was easy to check-in, clean, and the hosts communicated really well. But there were also a lot of little things that even I hadn't thought of in the room that were very convenient. “There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water.
We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns.
We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home...
