    The Space:

    Nestled right on the beach, this lovely Coupeville home has plenty of charm and an abundance of spirit! Adorned with bright pops of color, tasteful artwork, and plush furnishings, every corner of this home has been curated for your comfort. The sun-filled living room features ample, soft seating, a large TV, and gleaming Penn Cove views. Break away and discover Coupeville's charming downtown area just minutes away or explore a variety of other local attractions including multiple parks ready to be explored.



    The quirky full kitchen comes equipped with turquoise cabinetry, ample meal prep space, and an in-kitchen breakfast table. When you aren't eating tasty treats here, gather at the formal dining table or alfresco lakeside. Also off this space, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.



    The additional family room offers a serene spot to engage in your favorite board games or late-night chats. In each of the bedrooms, you'll find fun patterns, inviting color palettes, and high-quality linens. Crack the home's ample windows when additional airflow is needed, and during the cooler months, utilize the central furnace.

Cute and great location. Only downside is the boat traffic from the business next door that goes quite late. Everything else was awesome! Would stay again.

Good Beach House, Great Place to stay!

The location was wonderful, right on the beach. We watched seals, jumping fish & a Heron! The house was beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We would love to stay again!

Little Gem on Penn Cove

Beautiful and tranquil spot on the waters of Penn Cove. Super clean, comfy beds plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The perfect spot for a mother/daughter long weekend getaway. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect R&R Property

Located right on the water with incredible views from every room. Great place to relax and spend time with your family or friends. Our family of 3 had an awesome stay and would definitely come back. Easy access to Coupeville but still feels remote in the best ways possible.

Beautiful View

This house was great for a girls getaway. The house was clean, comfortable, accommodating and beautifully decorated. The view from the deck was stunning! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great except for needing a new lock on the front door which was malfunctioning/broken. After many tries, customer service eventually helped us get in.

We were quite disappointed. The dishwasher didn't clean, the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, one of the bedroom vents were stuck shut so no heat in that room, the door lock wasn't working properly, we had a power outage & no cell service, we did not feel safe, the electrical is funky - the lights flickered when the coffee pot was on, some of the drawers had no stops on them so dangerous to pull out, I was hung up on when trying to get help, the porch was not clean. Although the beach access was amazing, we will not be back.

Girls trip

Great little house for our annual girls trip! Decorated so cute, perfect porch for coffee, comfortable beds. Quick drive to Coupeville which is full of cute shops and restaurants!

Wonderful location!

This was the cutest house for a mom and daughter weekend getaway. They had everything we needed and we loved waking up in the morning to see seals, herons, and all the Penn Cove boats. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Cozy family winter weekend

Great place to spend time with family in wintry weather and watch the bay. We love how close you are to the water and can look out the windows or front porch even when the weather isn't great.

We had such a wonderful stay! Upon our arrival we were immediately greeted by a seal and a heron on the pebble beach. The house itself is beautifully decorated and contains all the amenities you could hope for (washer/dryer, full kitchen, smart tv, and even a record player). We also loved the back porch and could easily stare at the sunrise & sunset views for hours. Would love to return here someday!
