“Lite tråkigt att man bara fick en badhandduk för hela veckan och endast en liten rulle toapapper.detta skulle ingå i lägenheten anser jag. Dessutom fick man 5 maskindisktabletter när man Är där i 7 dagar. Småaktigt och inte genomtänkt. annars är läget perfekt och byn lagom stor. Det står också att det finns parkeringsmöjligheter det stämmer inte till hotellet. Någonstans i byn finns parkeringsmöjligheter men de är inte gratis och inte heller för bara dig som bor på hotellet. Dåligt”

“Smart och trevlig lägenhet, fräsch och snygg. Nära till liftar och service (bageri, delikatessbutik, matvarubutik och div övriga butiker i Forum). Dåligt med arbetsknivar i köket den enda plumpen i protokollet. Rekommenderas varmt som ett av få boendealternativ i Courchevel 1850 med rimlig boendekostnad.”

“I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. ”

“On top of the cleanliness and condition of our duplex room and amenities - those working in the hotel were super helpful, kind and always smiling.!!”

“Excellent location with close piste access, buses, and nearby shopping and restaurants. Having to provide our own TP and trash bags was a hassle. Sheets were well worn and had holes, but overall it's a good value for the location and the staff were friendly.”

“No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. The residence showed attentive to my complaints and kind in answering and understanding them in order to investigate and correct.”

“Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse. Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. ”

“Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

“We enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent and so attentive. The lady on reception was wonderful! She made our holiday. The bus stop was convenient and buses ran on time. The view was lovely. Altiport is a great place to stay. It was great value. There were a few things that stopped it being excellent. The property was not ski in/ski out. It involved a walk. There was also no swimming pool as advertised. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. There were no mugs, only espresso cups....

“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”

“A clean building with friendly and close to town...shops beneath and everything you would need in close proximity. Only negative was that you could hear everything that was going on outside and people in the flats next to you, above you and beneath you but utterly was relatively quiet and not really a trouble.”
