“I was highly disappointed by the lack of management oversight at this property. Upon arrival, I received written communication from management stating they hoped the previous renters left everything in perfect condition.
Instead of the host inspecting the apartment between stays, the burden is placed on visitors, who are given an unreasonably long list of checkout chores. This went far beyond standard requests like washing dishes or taking out the trash.

“The property has a special beauty. The narrow drive to get there was a bit stressful but manageable with the rental cars we had for the summer stay. We enjoyed the pool every day, wishing it were a bit warmer. We came to hike and found hikes of all difficulities within easy walking or driving distances. Our 10 family members enjoyed the privacy of the many modern bathrooms. The main living/dining area served our gatherings well and featured great views of the surrounding mountains.”

“We had an amazing stay at Chalet Lauda. It is one of the most beautiful and unique places we’ve ever stayed. The chalet was spotless, beautifully designed, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. We were genuinely amazed by the attention to detail and the quality throughout the property.

En resa till Courmayeur bjuder på ett utmärkt tillfälle att upptäcka och njuta av alpinska traditioner. Staden ligger i en grön dal vid foten av Mont Blanc, omgiven av skogar, berg och glaciärer. Trots att Courmayeur är en välkänd turistort har staden bevarat sin äkta alpinska atmosfär, vilket du känner av när du strosar bland butikerna på den slingrande gatan Via Roma i stadskärnan. Det märks också i byarna som omger stadskärnan, där floderna Dora della Val Veny och Dora della Val Ferret ansluter sig till Dora Baltea, som går genom Valle d‘Aosta. Gästfriheten, kärleken till traditioner och respekten för lokal arkitektur märks tydligt i minsta lilla detalj här.

Vi hade en fantastiskt upplevelse på hotellet. Lägenheten var fräsch och såg precis ut som på bilderna. Perfekt läge med 5 min promenad till kabinbanan. Hotellet var snabba i kommunikationen och kunde hjälpa till med alla våra önskemål. Det enda som skulle kunna vara bättre är regelbunden städning (det kostade extra och de kom inte när vi hade beställt) samt tillgång till badrockar, åtminstone på spat. Men överlag är vi jättenöjda och kommer gärna igen.
