âWe loved it! The staff was great, the room was very clean. Breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was so sweet and nice. Good options for tv in the room. The pool was nice. We had a great time and weâd definitely stay again. They had several areas for dog waking. Right off the highway and lots of food options nearby. â
âThe floor in the room was filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. It looked loke urine all over the bathroom floor. Walls were also dirty. You need to paint every couple years.
Beds were good and check-in was quick.
I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary.â
âStayed for 8 nights Nice room overlooking the golf course. Quiet and peaceful. The patio restaurant was very nice. Good cleaning but had to ask for new towels, toilet paper etc. twice. Overall a nice stay. â
âVery nice hotel and great location, but not properly staffed for a full house weekendâŠbreakfast had only one attendant who tried her best to keep up, but everything was always running on empty. There were also little things missing in room like no Kleenexes or coffee cups. Blinds should come with instructions as a very busy front desk person had to come to our room to show us how to operate, and even he had troubleâŠ.there were buttons way across the room that you would have never guessed went...
âAll around the #1 most excellent hotel experience ive ever encountered in my lifetime, from the concierge,amenities, location,view from room,pool, on site, self service laundry / they also offer laundry services as in dry cleaning etc. & exercise facilities,breakfast & every single staff member:) & just the room itself....great ,great job!!! to each & every single one of you!!! âLooks like the hotel is going thru a remodel outside and hallways need updated. Rooms are newer and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay was quiet and restful. Numerous food choices nearby and the casino is across the street. Will defiantly stay again when in the area. â
