“The staff was wildly accommodating and kind. We arrived after 1pm and young lady behind the desk welcomed us with a smile, warm cookies and a bag of waters (to beat the heat). Since we were arriving so late, it was challenging to book the room for the correct check in time. She helped us and even allowed for a super late check out. Couldn’t be more pleased.”

Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. “Awful place, only stayed because I was driving all day. It was filthy, shower was already wet and dirty when I checked in. Doors didn’t properly lock, smelled like cigarettes everywhere in the room. Stay anywhere else.”

The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. “Breakfast was mediocre. Room was clean. Parking is free, so that was good. But very disappointed/upset when I arrived to check in and found out the indoor pool was closed for maintenance. They should have to notify people of this, regardless if it is a third party reservation. I made the reservation at least a month and a half ago. I should have been notified personally, not just them posting it on their website..”
