Welcome to Trastevere Farmhouse, a charming solar-passive, rammed-earth retreat in the heart of the Wilyabrup wine region. Set on a 100-acre working farm, this peaceful haven offers a genuine farm-stay experience surrounded by nature, yet moments from the region’s finest wineries and restaurants. Please note that children require constant supervision, as the Wilyabrup Creek runs through the property year-round, and the farmhouse features a spiral staircase to the loft bedroom. As Trastevere is a working farm, kindly leave all gates as you find them — open only when needed and ensure they are securely closed behind you.

DOG-FRIENDLY STAY
Your furry friend is welcome to join you! Please follow these simple house rules:
- Dogs are allowed indoors but not on furniture or in bedrooms.
- Bring your dog’s own bedding and bowls.
- Please ensure the property is left clean and free from fur, drool, or waste.
- Dogs must not be left alone at the property (inside or outside).
- Please manage barking or digging to avoid disturbing neighbours.

- What is the bedding configuration?
Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature queen beds, Bedroom 3 includes a king bed and a permanent crib, Bedroom 4 has one single bed, and Bedroom 5 offers three single beds. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes — pets are allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot is provided for free and a highchair available upon request for a small fee.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests.
- Where are the bedrooms located?
Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 are situated on the ground floor, while Bedroom 5 is a loft room featuring a spiral staircase.
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is a semi-ensuite and Bathroom 2 is shared. Both include a walk-in shower and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility. Bedrooms 1–4 are on the ground floor, but Bedroom 5 is accessed via a spiral staircase.

Cancellation Policy: Any refund will be less non-refundable payment processing or transaction fees.
Trastevere is a working cattle farm so please ensure ALL gates are left as you find them. Closed gates must be closed after you walk through them.

During your stay
- Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am.
- Pets: Dogs are permitted on application. See dog rules in section X of the rental agreement.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted at the property.
- Parties and gatherings: School Leavers parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
- Occupancy: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the maximum permitted for the property (10 guests).
- Camping and additional sleeping arrangements: Tents, boats, campers, caravans, swags and sleeping bags are not permitted for use as additional accommodation at the property.
- Barbecue: Please ensure the BBQ is turned off after use.

Before checkout
- Please return any furniture you have moved to its original position.
- Please place dishes in dishwasher and turn on.
- Please remove any leftover food from the oven and leave it free of excessive food residue.
- Please sort rubbish and recycling into the designated bins provided at the property.
- Please ensure BBQ is turned off after use & scrape and wipe down BBQ grill plates.
