“Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.”

“This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay.”

“Jättetrevligt boende i fräsch lägenhet! Julie var en mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad hyresvärd. Lägenheten var välstädad och låg i ett lugnt och vackert område nära Edinburgh. Mataffär och pub/restaurang i närheten, men vill man bo nära pubar och uteliv passar inte området. Vi trivdes jättebra, använde lägenheten mest för övernattning men tog promenader vid bukten och besökte någon pub. Vi rekommenderar varmt denna lägenhet pga läget, standarden, hyresvärden Julie och priset!”

The agent responded quickly on the couple of occasions we needed to contact them. I found the online guides to be generic and not specific to the property e.g. the heating system. Certainly recommend this place to stay.”

“The flat as well as Fiona was lovely. Everything was clean and tidy and ready when we arrived. I’m not entirely sure if it’s mentioned in the description but there are a few stairs to climb as the flat is on the fourth floor. It was a surprise that brought about some huffs and puffs but also loads of laughs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for some time in Edinburgh.”
