“September 6-8, we had a great time at Roger's cabin. We came specifically to take the train ride in Cass. The cabin was very nice, clean, comfortable, roomy, had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch which had a gate to keep our dog from wandering. Also had a zip line leash for dogs, and water bowls. We noticed no fire wood there, so we didn't use the fire pit. Perhaps because it's been so dry there. We had some confusion about which driveway was the correct cabin, but...

“Exactly what we wanted - remote and with a good view of the night sky for stargazing. Directions were accurate and it was easy to get the keys and get in. Might want to come back sometime!”

“We have stayed at other properties in this same community around this time of year (Fall), and we really loved this home and host. The internet at the home is sufficient to support devices and streaming TV, and there are plenty of hikes and outdoor activities nearby to occupy your time. This house was very convenient, everything was in good working order, the views were spectacular. We enjoyed really good weather, beautiful stars, and just getting away from the city for a few days. “Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well.”
