“Place was super nice!! Very nice and easy people to book with. Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at.”

“Had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was kind and responsive, which made everything easy. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the rose district. House was clean and had everything we needed.”

“Great experiance! Angela was friendly, responsive, helpful and efficient. Rose & Arrow was an amazing place, exactly as advertized and even better, brand new, beautiful, spaceous, close to so many venues, restaurants and services. It has everything we needed for a home base and also just to hang out and chill. Excellent experience throughout!”

“My family of 9 stayed at this house and it was perfect! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. It was a really good size - not too big or small. My grandsons could be found either in the Arcade room or out on the Pickleball court! The backyard is huge and great for kids that need to run and play. The kitchen was big and accessible, so you could sit at the kitchen table and visit with whoever's turn it was to cook that night. The bedrooms were good-sized and don't get me...

“Property was very clean! The outside could have used a little TLC- back table and chairs were not in good condition, but inside was clean. Paper towels and coffee filters would have been nice. Otherwise the house had everything else and was well kept. Very close to cute shops and restaurants in the rose district.”

“We had wonderful stay. Just was very responsive! Easy check in/out process. We would love to stay again!”

“The host is super sweet, and she made sure everything was perfectly clean before we arrived. This is my second time staying here because it is so cute! The host is really easy to get ahold of and the house has so much room to move around so it doesn’t feel cramped!”

“Perfect stay. The house is very cozy and clean.”

“The host was friendly and communicated well. Upon arrival, the space was extremely dirty. White towels were stained and looked as though they had not been washed. There was piles of clay and dirt on the floor. Needless to say, did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness.”
