Welcome to the the Luxurious Lofts at Mayfair, a gorgeous and unique stay conveniently located close to everything Spartanburg has to offer and only 20 minutes to Greenville!

The Space:
Located on the second floor of the charming and historic Mayfair Lofts, this private space is designed to be a peaceful oasis. The moment you step foot inside you will be greeted by gorgeous wooden ceilings and modern stained concrete floors. Making your way to the main living area you will see the huge 12ft bay windows, with stunning string lights to create an unbelievably special space.


Relax and watch TV on the 65" 4k smart TV or sit and enjoy your coffee under the warmth of the Lights. Kitchen is fully-equipped with pots and pans, and basic cookware. Complementary coffee (regular + decaf) and tea is included with electric kettle and carafe. Dining for 4, with 2 additional chairs in closet. If you need additional seating, just ask.


In each bedroom you will find King Beds with super comfortable mattresses, dressers, luggage holders, and tasteful décor. Additionally in each bedroom are soft and luxurious bath robes. The first bathroom is accessed by the hallway, the second bathroom is on-suite. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Washer and Dryer included in hallway as well as iron and ironing board.

The Neighborhood:
Gated community with video surveillance and onsite security 24hrs. Keeping our guests safe and ensuring a relaxing 5 star stay is our highest priority.

Getting Around:
Parking- Anywhere outside the building in any open spot, parking garage is also free to use after initial check in.

Dumpster- Located at the back right of the property. Go down the hallway to the right, go down the elevator to the basement, go through the parking garage, and then out to the dumpster. Take the key fob to open the garage door and get back into the building.

Pool - Located across from the main gate entrance. use key fob to open gate.

Clubhouse - Located to the right of the parking garage entrance. Can either go around the back of the property or go through the parking garage. Use key fob to get into clubhouse and back into the building.

Parking Garage - Entrance located around the back side of property, drive to the garage door and open with the key fob. Park in any available spot.

We cant wait to host you! We strive to provide a 5 star relaxing experience. Please dont hesitate to reach out with any questions and if anything is wrong during your stay please let us know! We will do everything we can to make it right! We dont think that our guests should have chore lists, the only thing we ask of our guests is to leave the home in good condition. I love the industrial look and the history about the mill. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The place just grew on me. On a different note, new bath mats are needed. My brother fell getting out of the shower because the mat was very slippery. He’s fine. Towels rolled up on my bed were damp. With that being said I would definitely stay again.
