"The hotel charged us for our stay 2 days before we even arrived. When we arrived to book in to the hotel, we found that they had rented our room to someone else and then denied that we had even had a booking. "I needed only a bed for my trip and the hotel provided the basics! There were some improvements going on site and I know some amenities were not open. Please check with the desk if the work is finished if interested using the pool or other services. Nice staff , no issues!"
