“The property itself was… average at best. There was a huge wet blueish green slime stain on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, along with broken slats on the blinds in multiple rooms. The fire pit was overflowing with ashes from the previous tenants. The pool had cardboard paper and dead bugs in it. And, the absolute most insulting part? We NEVER got instructions on how to turn the hot tub/pool system on. We wasted HOURS waiting on the “owner” to send the instructions so that we could turn...

The high ceilings and spacious rooms made the place feel huge. The new washer and dryer were an awesome amenity, and the very spacious walk-in shower with...

“Clean room and friendly staff”

“needed some repairs in the restroom things like that painting caulking”

“The front desk staff was the same person to check us in and out the next morning. She was very personable and nice. The room was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and very good with lots of choices and plenty for all the guests. It was a great stay, will stay again for next year's visit to Waco.”
