“This is one of our favorite properties! We have been to the cabin several times and love the location with the river in the backyard, no matter what the season. The home is well appointed with everything you need and there are also fun activities in the area. We love to rent a boat at Dale Hollow and visit the K&S Lavender Farm when we are there.”

“Absolutely breathtaking views and amazing wildlife! This little hidden gem offers everything you could ask for out of a getaway! We had no problems with finding the place, but it is definitely a one car road so be mindful of those directions! It got cool on us a couple nights while we were there, we wished we could've used the fireplace in the living room but we didn't. Overall an absolutely amazing experience! Looking to be able to bring our family out!”

“We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with....

“We booked this cabin for our family during the Semi-Casual Truck Show and it was the perfect little getaway! Close proximity to the show and a beautiful scenic creek view off the back porch. The cabin was stocked with a very special welcoming gift in the fridge when we arrived which was a beautiful unexpected surprise! Everything was very smooth with the host and I would recommend giving this rental a try. We hope we can book it again for next year. ”

“This place was amazing. Big enough for a family of 8 adults and 4 kids. Enough room for everyone to have their own space. The house was clean, the owners are easy to reach and respond immediately to any questions. The house is in the woods and the surrounding area is gorgeous. I highly recommend for any large family. “We came over Labor Day weekend. We wanted to just spend time on the river, so that was the perfect. The only thing that was a little difficult for us was were used to sleeping in the same bed and the biggest bed that they had was a full-size with a twin bunk over the top and then they had twin beds up in the loft so myself, and my dog slept in the full size, and my husband went up to the loft and slept in a twin bed.
