Our three-story, 3,000-square-foot Spring Creek Cabin has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is freshly renovated with new appliances, furniture, and amenities. Our cabin sleeps 12 people (up to 15 with 3 people on the LoveSac couches). The new sofas have washable covers and the mattresses have added protection for extra cleanliness between guests. The new rugs and linens also make you feel like you are at Colorado's best mountain accommodations. Our cabin provides convenient access to walk to the Rio Grande, sit by Spring Creek, ATV to Silverton over Stoney Pass, and plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.

Our cabin's layout is ideal for large groups traveling to Creede and the Rio Grande Valley, making it a perfect year-round vacation spot!

The 1st floor has an extra oversized LoveSac couch that makes it into a bed. Relax after a long day of skiing, snowmobiling, fly fishing, or ATV riding and watch movies on the 75-inch TV. Around the corner from the TV lounge, you'll find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a custom shower.

On the 2nd floor, you'll find the kitchen and dining areas, along with the main living area with a propane fireplace. The kitchen has a large gas stove and an eat-in bar. There are two large viewing windows to watch the elk graze in the valley. Walk out the multiple doors and sit in the chairs on the wrap-around porch to enjoy the Colorado breeze as you sip on your morning coffee. Enjoy your lunch or dinner outside at the dining table on the deck. The third level has two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a custom shower/tub combo.

Easy access off the Rio Grande Reservoir road which allows for year-round access. ATV, hike, bike, run, or walk right out the front door to the unlimited national forest surrounding you. If fishing is your thing, drive your boat to the Rio Grande Reservoir, to spend the day or fly fish in the local rivers. If you'd like to ride the mountain trails on an ATV or Side by Side, bring yours or rent one from the local rental places nearby. You can ride to Silverton from the driveway or spend the day riding the Alpine Loop. If you are adventurous, try finding the headwaters of the Rio Grande, which trickles out of the ground.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
