“Beautiful home that sits at the end of a well-maintained dirt road. If you're "city folk", you might find the drive up (consisting of some twists and turns) intimidating, but it's navigable in 2WD/FWD during non-winter times. I drove it a number of times in 2WD in a half-ton pickup and another drove it in a FWD car, no issues. Clean, cozy, convenient, in a beautiful location and fully loaded with everything we could possibly need. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and it was just so nice all the little things that we forgot to bring. Candise had all the amenities there for us to use and we are so thankful. “This cabin was the perfect basecamp for a couple of days of skiing at Purgatory. Completely private and just minutes from the resort, it’s ideally located between Durango and Silverton.The cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
