“Rivers Edge Retreat has been one of the best places we have stayed during our travels. Better than advertised and owner spares no expense with the HIGH quality of everything inside and out. Distance to town was perfect drive, got to see elk herd on way home from dinner about 5:45-6pm on 335 road to house. We dont see them in Texas so it was very neat. River flowing just outside the deck was refreshing and soothing for the soul. Ann the host had great communication and info in house helped...

“House and hosts were great! There was plenty of room for our group of seven! We had everything we needed - right down to the box fans in the bedrooms! we went skiing at Wolf Creek and it was a short drive. If we had more time we would have used the sleds! We will for sure try to get back again! ”
