Make your way 5 minutes the opposite direction and find yourself at the banks of the serene Smith River, one of the cleanest rivers in the nation with its pristine undamned emerald waters. This river is well known for its seasonal fishing and guides. Towering over the river and surrounding land you'll find the majestic old growth redwoods. Explore the Grove of Titans, and walk among the Largest Redwood Trees in the World. This coastal retreat will be one to remember.

Clean and spacious for our family if 4. Great quiet location and very well stocked with useful extras (both for meals and for toiletries). Eggs and milk were a great touch. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved being surrounded by horses. The owner provided fresh eggs that were delicious. Property was very clean, had everything you need. Very beautiful place! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful studio garage apartment that is very convenient to the redwoods. We enjoyed watching a movie on the comfy couch and found the bed and comforter to be extremely comfortable. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit the redwoods.

Comfortable bed, very clean, welcoming appearance, close to Redwoods and Beach. Kitchen was equipped with spices, oil, coffee and some bonus condiments in the refrigerator. A nice surprise was being left 8 farm fresh eggs from the hosts chickens.

We were on our way south and this was a Great spot for us to stop for the night. Great location to explore the redwoods the next morning on our continued road trip.

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was just the right size and had everything we needed. The location was convenient to everything and the host responsiveness was great! We would definitely stay here again.

My family (myself, husband, and 2 yr old) stayed at this lodging for 2 nights while exploring the Redwoods. We were just under 40 mins from Trees of Mystery, about 15 mins from downtown Crescent City, and about 35 mins to Grove of Titans. There's also an amazing little quiet beach at the end of the road about 5 mins (drive) from the house. So amazing location! The actual lodging was beautiful, well designed, and very clean. One of the best short term rentals weve ever stayed at! The owners also supplied us with farm fresh eggs from their kitchen, which was so thoughtful and kind and they supplied us with several breakfast, lunch, and dinner options in the area as well.

Awesome stay!

Perfect location to visit the redwoods, ocean, and Oregon coast! It was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed and more! Host gave many recommendations for local food and sights to see and those were a 10/10! Would stay here again!
