The house is walking distance to the Smith River and a quick drive to Jedediah Smith State Park not to mention several other great trails. The large wall map in the cabin was very helpful to find local spots to explore. We all (dogs and humans) enjoyed the large yard with fire pit.”

“Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. “Used this place for a couple nights exploring the Redwoods National and State Parks. Was great to use a base for exploring as it had a built in bathroom compared to other options with communal bathrooms. Location was easy to find right off the highway. Shower and other utilities worked great, just were a bit small but that is nitpicking. There was a weird smell when I first got there but used an air freshener and it cleared right up. Overall happy with my experience! ”
