The living space is open and welcoming, with large TV and lounge settee that overlooks uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean. It flows into a well-equiped kitchen and stocked pantry and wet bar, making Charm Cottage an entertainer's dream. Situated to the right rear of the living space is a home office space with welcoming views of mountain ranges - a great space for reading or working (if you really have to!).

The generous dining space just off of the kitchen is surrounded by sliding glass doors which can open up to offer alfresco dining, or stay closed to protect diners from the elements, all whilst still being able to enjoy breathtaking views. With a Webber Family Q BBQ available for use on the deck, you can enjoy premium grilling, all whilst soaking in breathtaking views of the popular 'front beach' in 'Cresso'. There is a ramp located at the rear of the property which leads down to the laundry and third bathroom with stand-alone shower and toilet - a great spot to wash off after a day at the beach.

The bedrooms are simple and equipped with all you need for adequate clothing and personal belonging storage for any short or long-term stay. The front two bedrooms have prime views of the ocean - enjoy being lulled to sleep by the waves at night! The Master Bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilet, as well as a feature corner window that frames the beach as a live artwork for the room. The main bathroom located in close proximity to all bedrooms has a shower, bath and toilet.

Our beautiful in-ground, lap-style pool features a dome-style retractable cover. The pool will is heated and is able to be used all year round as the cover can maintain warm temperatures throughout the cooler months.

This is the ideal space for a holiday - practically styled and simple, yet perfectly comfortable for your short or long-term stay.

Guests can access all areas with the exception of the garage area.

Please note:
The unique retractable enclosure we have covering the pool requires guests to do a little homework before using. We will send out guests a guide on how to open etc. We kindly ask all guests to take the time to view our video and care instructions before operating. We ask no children operate the cover as the polycarbonate windows mark easily.
