“The property is adequate. My primary grievance is the difficulty in corresponding with Ashley Cameron the owner of the property. She did not answer my request for how long it would take to receive back my security deposit (nor was said security deposit mentioned in 2 page contract) and it was only after I contacted VRBO that I got the money back minus the GST. The lack of response was frustrating and time consuming.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property is clean with a nice water view and came with everything that we needed. The property owner response very rapidly and accommodates our requests. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sandbanks, particularly as a large group.”

“The house is well appointed and, very clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to picton's main street with restaurants and shops. Many wineries and golf courses within easy driving distance. Great place for a peaceful holiday. ”

“Everything was good except for the wifi & internet connection which meant the TV, Netflix, prime etc did not work or our computers! This was a big issue because my husband and my mother had work to do and we had to use our cellular data! Shane came by Saturday morning to check but did not know what the problem was. Said he would check with owner but we never heard back! We went to celebrate by uncle’s 90th birthday so the house was a nice place for everyone to be together but again no wifi or...

“We loved The Place. The pictures really don't do it justice. The location in the centre of PEC is perfect. The host (Kristy) was great and super thoughtful. Would highly recommend a stay - be warned though, you may like the house so much you spend all your time there!”

“The home is lovely, very spacious and comfortable. Big rooms and very comfortable beds. Everything was bright and sparkling. The beach pass was really appreciated so our visit to Sandbanks was free. Great location to visit everything in town. I loved the screened in porch.”

“What a wonderfully gorgeous house The Marigold is - lots of character without sacrificing comfort, cleanliness and first rate amenities. Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable and the fireplace - loved it! Property management team was great to communicate with and very responsive. (Thank you for bringing the missing HDMI cable!) Each member of our family was glad to have been there and we are happier for having been your guests.”

“The accommodation was beautiful and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Michelle went above and beyond to make our time pleasant and answered quickly whenever we had questions.The fridge wasn't working properly which was a bit inconvenient but there was a small drinks fridge where we kept what we could.
