Lake Wendouree

“The door to the backyard was not functioning. That is a bungalow (separated room from the main building) which has no gas heater, kitchen facilities, no fly screen or security door. As it’s not under the main roof, it’s very inconvenient when it’s raining. One of the bedrooms has two bathrooms and toilet. Another bedroom has no toilet or bathroom attach to it. It’s an old building with a very nice view of Lake Wendouree. Located in one of the upmarket suburbs of Ballarat. It is good for...

“The host is very deceptive, it is advertised to be a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, it's a 3 bedroom and one bedroom is leased to a tenant. Only 2 bedrooms available with only bathroom available is an ensuite. Certainly not enough beds for the 6 people booking. I had to find other accommodation at premium rate due to the deception. Host unapologetic and am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Would not recommend at all. ”

“Check in was very easy but we had a problem with our billing invoice that was unresolved by the time we left.
