“Simply fantastic! We found this converted monastery by accident. The building is beautiful, as are the gardens and surroundings. Very tranquil and peaceful. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten! Special mention to the "savory monk's cake" - delicious! My only small complaint is that the rooms are not exactly soundproof. But I can live with that, the rest is just wonderful.”

“If it's available, stay here - it's top notch in all regards! Great attention is paid to keeping the facility clean and welcoming, while the decor respects the building's history. The public areas offered comfortable places to sit and relax, we didn't have to sit on the bed in our room, although it did have cold A/C. The breakfast selection was very nice, and went well beyond meat, cheese and bread. The owner, Elisa, even provided gluten free bread, cereal and muffin options. When we struggled...
