With three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends.

The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom. On the first floor, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a second bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a large private balcony with sun loungers, while the second bedroom has its own balcony.

A spiral staircase leads to the attic, which offers a bright open-plan bedroom and lounge area. The true highlight of this floor is the spectacular balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over Selce, Crikvenica, the island of Krk and the Adriatic Sea.

Outside, the private courtyard is surrounded by greenery and includes a barbecue, creating the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor meals with family and friends.

The house is just a short stroll from the town center, where you'll discover charming streets, local restaurants, cafés, and shops. The area's beautiful sandy beach is also within easy walking distance, inviting you to spend your days swimming in crystal-clear waters or simply unwinding by the sea.

Please note that parking is not available directly at the house. You are welcome to stop in front of the property to unload your luggage before parking your vehicle in our private, video-monitored parking area, conveniently located just 200 meters away.
