This communal space opens directly onto a private balcony of 8 m2, providing a pleasant outdoor extension of the living area equipped with terrace furniture. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests or additional occupants.
