This special holiday flat is located in Crikvenica, very close to the beach! Because this house is not far from the centre of Crikvenica and the beach, a car is rarely needed here. The 40 m² are divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a cosy living/dining room with a kitchen, a bathroom and the entrance area. In the living area there is a double bed, which is intended for the third and fourth person, from which you can marvel at the beautiful sea of the Kvarner Bay. From the living area you have direct access to a lovely balcony which is ideal for relaxing summer evenings. The outdoor area is the highlight of this holiday complex. Although the house is only a minute's walk from the sea, there is a very clean swimming pool on the south side of the property.
The beach is 100 metres from the property and the centre is 1.15 km away. The nearest grocery shop is 400 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 190 metres away.
