“Hotel was amazing very clean, staff was nice. Only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I called down to front desk for someone to come check it out and no one ever came. It was very hot out so coming in from a long day at the beach and being outside to no AC was disappointing. Funny thing is it started working properly an hour before checkout. Overall it was good”

“No staff on site to check us in. An envelope with instructions was left for us in the lobby (main door unlocked at ALL times). Found the room unlocked with the key hanging on the wall inside. The whole check in process is a security concern. The web site says free self-parking. There is street parking in front but limited to 3 hours. We called the management number. An operator answering the call tried to connect us to the management but got no answer. We left a message but never got a call or...

“Hello, my two friends and I planned a weekend trip from Friday-Sunday at the Econo Lodge in Princess Anne Maryland. The first red flag should have been when my friends and I were checking in, an older women was arguing with the front desk people and as she was leaving she warned us that we were not going to enjoy our stay with this hotel and that it was disgusting.
