“Room was 3 stars but staff during check in gave wrong info regarding way to get into town and I found her quite unfriendly. We arrived 45 mins earlier and it was raining. There was no one in the room allocated to us but we were turned away - information as to where and how to get into Queenstown was wrong and we had to walk for nearly 2 hrs in the drizzling rain. Found out ourselves the next day that it would have been easier to catch a bus from the bus stop down the road to Queenstown instead...

Was looking forward to the hot tub but found out there is none. Pictures used in write up are from the previous owner. Breakfast was nothing to write home about.”
