âWe arrived early and intended to just leave our bags there while we did other things, but were able to check into our room. The room was sparkling clean and the beds comfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and got one immediately. Our tv didn't work and were offered to move to another room. We were only there for 2 nights so decided to stay in the room. âEasy check in with friendly staff. Large room was very comfortable and clean. Lounge areas in main floor and 2nd floor very nice. Only a 10 minute walk to all the cultural centers, theatre district and the aquarium. I recommend the express coach bus from the airport. â

âI had visited the Whataburger restaurant on Northpark Drive in Kingwood, TX many times but didn't know about this hotel. The rate was great (less than $70 for one night) and I paid in advance. I wasnât surprised the hotel had a sign stating there was a $50 deposit but when I checked in it was never mentioned. I donât damage rooms so it was nice not having to deal with it. âLovedddd the Hyatt regency! The hotel was very nice and the staff was super friendlyâŠanything I needed from house keeping was taken care of quickly ex: extra tissue/wash clothes. I will say it definitely gave âitâs a hotel for people who are in town on businessâ or other professional matters! They also have a 24 hour food spot that prepares hot bagel pizzzas etc so that was also a plus! Very pleased with my stay. Pool area was clean, quiet, and lowkey. â
