“The pictures are accurate as seen on the website . However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. The six bath towels were good and the 7 washcloths were horrible as some had bleach stains on them and they were very thin. No hand towels were provided to dry your hands on in the bathroom. Nor were there paper towels in the bathroom for that purpose. The other rooms were clean but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning . No cleaning products were provided either. ”

“Very nice stay. Space was very comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Host was great. Went out of the way to provide a dryer that had died right before we arrived. Super appreciated since it was the first stop for us on a longer trip. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again if in the area. ”

“The house was normal. No major issues. We were told there would be a washer and dryer, but it did not have one accessible. It appeared to be in the garage, but the garage was locked and no one would respond.Our check in was 3:00 pm on Friday, at noon on Friday the company managing the property tetzy? told me that I needed to provide everyones first and last name and their cell phone. “The home was beautiful and felt very new, up-to-date and modern. The home, as well as the location, were lovely and peaceful. We were in the area for a wedding and had other family members in another VRBO. We were all able to come together (apprx 16 of us) at this home for hamburgers on the grill and to sit back, relax and enjoy marshmallows over the firepit later in the evening. ”

“Very nice home with a lot of that small town charm. Very detailed guest book with places to eat and a lot of good information. Beds were comfortable and plentiful for our small family. Owner was in good communication and very responsive if needing something. Provided everything you could need so can pack lighter. ”

“The Lake Michigan shore is our happy place and our little family has been renting cottages/houses up and down the lakeshore from Glenn Arbor to Porter County and this was one of our nicest stays so far. “The house was clean, comfy, and charming. Perfect for our home base as we visited several friends after moving away from Valparaiso a couple of years ago. Some accessibility features were very helpful after a recent injury. This is a great spot for a visit to Valpo. Highly recommended. ”
