“Loved! Loved! Loved! Beautiful house and yard. We were there for a family wedding. House is within walking distance to downtown Middlebury and the University. It is completely handicap friendly which was awesome since we were with my 92 year old stroke surviving father with a walker. The owner and VRBO team were great with communications. The house was well stocked. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Middlebury! ”

“Property exactly as described. Very quiet, right on the lake. Bed was comfortable, shower modern, and the kitchen big and bright. The fact that the host was next door added to our enjoyment. It was a delightful week! ”

“Nick and Anna are excellent hosts and very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The home was very clean, spacious, and cozy - we loved the fireplace for chilly nights. Location was great, we rented a boat from a nearby marina and kept it at the house during our stay with use of the mooring. Would absolutely recommend and would return in the future. ”

“This home was exceptional! It was clean, homey, comfortable inside and out!! If you like privacy, this place is it. It is a little remote from the tourist areas but that was fine for us. We always received a quick response when we had a question. We will definitely come back! Thank you for truly caring about the comfort and convenience of your guests.”
