  • Welcome to Shenanigans Hideaway on Florida’s Famous Nature Coast and Manatee Capital of the World! This fabulous 1,700 sq ft waterfront retreat offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. With 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the home accommodates families and groups with ease.
        Sleeping Arrangements:
        ◦    Primary bedroom with King
        ◦    Guest room with Queen
        ◦    Bunk room featuring a Full-size bottom bunk, Twin top bunk, and an additional Twin trundle
        ◦    Bonus: Inflatable Queen bed available in the living room for extra guests. Also, a portable twin.
    The spacious dining area features a large 4x8 ft table that seats 8 comfortably, and there's even a high chair for the little one.
    Step outside to enjoy the heated salt water "Cocktail Pool" (13x16 ft) with a 4x6 ft sundeck, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The screened lanai adds even more living space, complete with:
        •    Full-size refrigerator
        •    Big screen TV w/Redzone
        •    Dining table and chairs
        •    Gas BBQ grill — ideal for cooking up your fresh catch!
    Boaters will love the 20 ft wood dock on the canal. Please note the boat lift is not included and we keep our boat stored there and reserve the right to access it. Also, be mindful of low tides, especially in the winter, to ensure boat access during low tides. Trailer parking is available with a designated 48ft driveway, and a public boat launch is just around the corner!
    Explore all that the Nature Coast has to offer — from kayaking with manatees, dolphin spotting, and scalloping, to swimming in nearby crystal-clear springs or enjoying the Gulf of Mexico.

If you are coming to Crystal River you would most certainly want to stay at this house. It was absolutely perfect! We texted the host and he got right back to us. We had a perfect vacation. There were 4 adults and 2 children. Very spacious. The pool was awesome! So many amenities. We would absolutely stay here again!! Thank you for your hospitality!!

The house is just as described and had everything we needed for our week stay. We had to reach out to Jason twice and his response was immediate. Two bikes needed tubes replaced, they were both changed within the hour.

Our family truly enjoyed the perfectly heated pool, the layout of the home, the dock to launch our kayaks and the kayaks that were provided, etc. One of our absolute favorite spring breaks so far. We had a wonderful stay at Shenanigans Hideaway! The hosts were incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our trip, which made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The home was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It easily accommodated our large group with plenty of comfortable sleeping space for everyone.The pool is fantastic! A must for this summer heat. Plenty of towels! The location was another huge plus. It was close to the river for easy access (about 10-15 min idle out) yet tucked back far enough that our son could safely enjoy kayaking (which they provided) through the canals, which became one of the highlights of his time on our trip. Idling out we saw turtle, dolphins, gators and fiddler crabs! He caught bass, crabs and snook in the canals. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again.

Wow this house had everything warm pool, kayaks, a large paddle board, kitchen fully stocked with measuring cups, blender, gas fire pits, 4 twin mattress and a blow up. Smart mirrors and other gadgets. Dining room was bigger than the pictures. We loved kayaking into the different canals so many turtles! It was hard to leave the house to get out and explore.

Definitely was one of the best places we have stayed. Location was amazing and very convenient our kids loved the pool and fishing in the canal. My wife loved how stocked the kitchen was. The host responded to any questions I had quickly and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning for another trip!!!!

My daughters, grandkids and I would highly recommend this amazing home! The home was comfortable for the seven of us and was nicely equipped with essentials for our stay. My grandkids enjoyed the heated pool and the large tv in the family room for movie nights. The host was also very friendly and responsive. We will be back!

Shenanigans was exactly what we thought: a very well appointed home with a very nice small pool on a canal. We had a short stay to fish and scalloping. Highly recommend it.

The property was awesome. The house layout was really nice and functional. The hosts thought of everything with the place. Everyone had a great time and we caught our scallop limit. I would say the house feels a lot bigger in person than the photos. Of your looking for a vacation rental hands down rent this house.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place was spotless, clean and well cared for. It has all of the amenities that you could possibly need from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable linens and thoughtful items throughout. The hosts thought of everything you could need. It felt incredibly homey and welcoming. They went above and beyond from the description of the property. We will definitely return and stay again.
