“Excellent stay. Beautiful and great service 100/10”

“We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again.”

“This was a beautiful property. The beds we very comfortable, the shower was great and the room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and include made to order eggs. A word of caution on the rates. On Expedia, the rate listed is for a single person. The is an additional charge of$25 per night for each additional person. I was surprised when I checked out. However, we had a very nice stay. Thank you.”

“LOVED this hotel! It is conveniently located in the historical section of Cuenca and is a landmark antique building. Well maintained and provided a good place to rest after traversing the city sightseeing. A restaurant is available on site as well as complimentary breakfast that was wonderful. They can also assist you with making plans if needed. Easily walkable to the main plaza near the cathedrals as well as stores and local eateries. There is also a Tranvia (street tram) within a few blocks...

“Friendly staff good location felt like home away from home.”

“Our room was unbearably hot. Imposible to sleep. Front desk’s response was that the city was unusually warm. Restaurant was very uneven, could be rated a 1 or a 5 depending on the day or meal.”

“Nice hotel, a little far from the city center. The room was great but without ac, we had to sleep the window opened. Breakfast offers a large choice of sweet and salted food,”

“Balcony great. Bathroom needs cleaning and update.”

“It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada .”

“The lady at the front Desk was really Exellent and very profesional. Thanks for let me know step by step all information”

“Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations. But what truly sets...
