Coast @ Culburra - strandkustnära boende

Njut av fantastiska bush och stranden utsikt från denna prisbelönta hus i slutet av The Bowery direkt på stranden. Du kan titta på dina vänner surfa eller fiske direkt framför huset eller njuta av den rikliga fågellivet på din dörr. Huset följer konturerna av dyn över tre nivåer. Upptill matsal och vardagsrum flyter på en sandsten terrass och gräsmatta med utsikt över stranden. Köket är välutrustat och den stora öppna planlösning matsal och viktigaste vardagsrum är smakfullt inredda. Det största sovrummet / föräldrarnas reträtt (dubbelsäng) har en egen däck och en lyxig badrum. Det finns två andra stora sovrum (en drottning och den andra tvillingen singel) TV / allrum och däck och tjänstefolk en bunkroom (trio våningssäng och singel) och tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En varm utomhusdusch är perfekt för att tvätta bort efter en tur till stranden.


Kvalitet apparater och inredning

Denna kvalitet arkitektoniska prisbelönta hem har en gourmet kök med helt nya apparater (diskmaskin, ugn, mikrovågsugn, induktionshäll och espressomaskin) fantastiska öppen planlösning matsal med läder lounge med utsikt över stranden. BOSE stereo till lounge, däck och allrum. Platt plasma-TV med surroundljud i separat allrum med DVD / CD och betal-TV.



Stora ståndpunkt rätt på stranden med vidsträckt utsikt

Fastigheten är belägen på toppen av den bakre dyn direkt på Culburra Surf Beach i slutet av en lugn cul-de-sac och bredvid en buske reserv. Fastigheten har vidsträckt utsikt från havet i öster över stranden, norr till Crookhaven Heads och sedan på över inlandet till brant i väster. Att vaggas av ljudet av vågorna medan du sover eller avkopplande utomhus - en perfekt familjesemester eller romantisk semester bara 2 1/2 timmars bilresa från Sydney.

För din extra säkerhet, hanteras denna fastighet "Coast @ Culburra" endast i Australien och vi begär aldrig betalningar till utländska bankkonton.

We loved our family stay . The house is absolutely stunning, everything you could possibly need is supplied and then some. A huge plus for me is the fact that there is ample lounge and dinning seating for all guests, which often isn’t the case for houses that sleep 10-12 people. The view over the ocean is to die for. Would definitely love to stay again

A Family Weekend

This luxury house lived up to everything we were hoping for and more. We took our adult kids, the dog and my 86yo dad who loved it and didn't want to leave.Presentation and attention to detail in every aspect was beyond the norm.Hosts were outstanding, friendly and as welcoming as the house itself.We will return to this property again before too long, worth every cent

Amazing location

The property was impressive to say the least! Spacious, well stocked and amazing location. The only downside was that the spa did not heat up after many attempts and there were no coffee beans provided for the machine. Otherwise it was lovely.

Best place to stay in Culburra!

We did not have the best weather for our weekend stay but this was more than compensated for by this incredible house. The hot tub and outdoor undercover dining meant that we could entertain despite the rain and the indoor fireplace made everything cozy. Equipped with everything you would need in terms of condiments, pots and pans etc it was super convenient. Literally is on the beach with an amazing long strip of shoreline which the dogs and toddler loved. Plenty to do for our son with games, puzzles and a car track which he loved. There were also ample board games to keep us entertained. Really well stocked house. No complaints. We will definitely be staying here again!

A big dose of bliss.

The property and amenities provided are extraordinary. I was amazed that this was the first time I needn't have brought my kitchen knife along. (The eqipment provided made me realise it was time for me to upgrade my own oven.)The family and our dpgs had a blissful time making memories. A wonderful girls weekend location

The views, the beach, the house - all were 5 star! I'm already planning when I can come back and bring the family this time. More than enough spaces in the house so that we could chill, be on the phone and do some work without anyone needing to bother the others in the house. My favourite inside spot was in the corner of the lounge with views a plenty. Outside under the tree watching the waves was my morning contemplation spot and often became a chatting spot. Love love love our stay!

Stayed @ coast for my Fathers 80th birthday with 3 generations of family and pet. Judy the host was extremely accommodating and the property was excellent, well stocked pantry moments to beach, great BBQ etc. would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great relaxing city break

The location was top notch with the sound of the waves crashing as you fall asleep. We enjoyed looking at the stars and and the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and great to make a family dinner. Judy was very friendly and helpful, all instructions were clear and we would recommend to anyone.

Great house in fabulous location

This house ticks all the boxes for a great beach holiday. Fabulous location and aspect with views to the ocean from the main living spaces and the jacuzzi on the deck is a great luxury touch. The only small complaint was the cleanliness. Whilst it’s impossible to keep an ocean fronted property spotless, the house could do with a deep clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect!

This property is fantastic! From the location on the beachfront, to the amazing design of the house, both exterior and interior - it truly is a unique and beautiful property. Everything you can possibly think you'll need has also been catered for. And it would have to be the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in at a holiday rental property - then helped by the sound of the ocean to send you off to a blissful sleep! Can't wait to visit Coast@Culburra again - we loved this property, it was just perfect!
