“Trevligt hotell med pool alldeles vid stranden. WiFi i receptionen. Restaurang och pub vid poolen. I området finns ingen shopping, endast en närbutik med det mesta man behöver. En ny restaurang (Feb 2016) har öppnats i närheten som är värd ett besök”

“The staff clamed that they sent me instructions on how to enter the room and I didn’t see anything in my mail box reflecting that claim I had to sleep in my car that night I had no phone number to call.”

“From check in to check out, the staff was amazing. Nothing was too hard for them to give to us. Friendly and so professional! The only thing is, we needed an iron in the room and we didnt have one but that was it. Clean, new, private and very well cooled. Excellent stay!”

“Room was ok if you like cold showers as there was no hot water … I notified hotel as soon as I noticed and they said there was no isssues before I checked in …staying for two nights so I asked for one back to find another hotel and they declined . Said they would send maintenance out … maintenance never came and I kept saying no hot water … I saw cleaning lady and asked her to show me if I’m doing something wrong and she said previous guests have complained and nothings been done about it’s, so...

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”

“This is not a hotel. It is a bedroom with a common space. There is no security, no security door latch locks in the room, floors lack cleanliness and they dont even put fitted sheets, you sleep on top of mattress cover, which is stained with yello marks. We left 15 min. After arrival and asked for refund. Property never answered and there is nobody on the property to contact. Mis lesding information all the way. ”
