“This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

The first night the power went on and off all night and the second night it went out completely around 2 AM and didn't come back on before I checked out around 5 AM. “Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy.
