“This place is nothing like it shows in the pictures. Just forget that lovely balcony they use to promote themselves. Also they were not helpful at all - I complained about noise on the first evening, never got another room. After a while I realised it was because I was next to the very loud elevator. This is the worst hotel I've been to.”

“Good location, cool interior and modern rooms makes for a pleasant stay. The room was quiet despite the hotel is on Hollywood Blvd. Cleaning was good but the shower faucet had a life of itself with loose handle and the shower head spread water everywhere. The room was supposed to have robes but we had to ask reception for them. When checking in, at 3PM, there were NO rooms available. We had to wait for 1Âœ hour before we could get any room. “Having a so called resort, or destination fee to cover WiFi and rent bikes is just ridiculous. Include it in the price for the room, instead of inventing idiotic add ons. Apart from that, nice room, breakfast was decent, but had it not been included in the room, I wouldn’t have paid $28 for it. This is DTLA so the weak hearted should not go out for walks in the area during the evenings, as there’s a lot of homeless people in the area.”

"Hotellets lÀge Àr bra. Trevligt hotell. TyvÀrr var poolen stÀngd de fem dagar vi var dÀr. Fick ingen information om det vid incheckningen vilket var synd dÄ vi frÀmst bokade hotellet för poolen. Vi fick anvÀnda en pool pÄ ett annat hotell men det Àr obekvÀmt att gÄ ivÀg för ett bad. Fick Àven 35 dollar rabatt per natt sÄ vi fick kompensation men hade velat ha informationen innan incheckningen för att kunna vÀlja ett annat hotell."
