“Although there is not an office to check in at, staff were prompt in replying via the Expedia app and by phone. We had to wait 15 minutes for staff to arrive with the room key. Accommodations were updated, clean, and comfortable.”

“They ran out of gas for the stove and i call the son he said i dont know how to talk to men i had to eat out for 2 days that cost us a pretty penny and my husband like his breakfast, lunch and dinner the son told me to get out and he will refund my money the water cutts of in the middle of shower and the wifi keep going out ”

“The stay was not good at all. Nobody at check in or ever and our room wasn’t clean. We had to take another casita that was somewhat cleaner and my wife had to clean it. The main kitchen was a mess with dirty dishes that were never cleaned for the two days we were there. The next day another couple checked in and nobody to greet them. in addition, many rat droppings and tons of ants around the property. The beach and location was outstanding, that’s about it. I would definitely not recommend this...
