"Guests started ”claiming” sun-loungers at 06:30, making it almost impossible to get a spot later. Staff in restaurants were inattentive and not very service-minded. At checkout I noticed that they overcharged one of the nights by 50 USD and also added (without mentioning it at all) a ”optional” charity donation of 1 USD per night on the room charge (not separately billed, just added to the room charge). No explanation at all was given for the extra 50 USD charge. Scam tactics that made us feel taken advantage of. Check your bill closely at this resort!"

"Ett resort som har allt. Strand, pol, restauranger, affÀrer precis utanför hotellet. Casino finns ocksÄ. Rent och trevligt rum med utsikt över Beach och bar. Somnade till toner av musik frÄn baren. Frukost dÀr du bestÀller din egen omelett och smoothie. Lite krÄngligt att ta sig till stranden, bodde pÄ vÄning 3 och fick Äka ner till vÄning 2 och sen gÄ igen hotellet för att komma till stranden. "
