Abercrombie Ridge ligger 933 meter över havet i slutet av en upphöjd ås med fantastisk utsikt över alla Abercrombie River Valley och Great Dividing Range. Fastigheten är omgiven av 133 hektar av naturliga buske mark, och "The Barn" erbjuder modernt, modernt boende ovanpå en lantlig bakgrund.

Abercrombie Ridge är helt avskild och privat. Du har full körning av fastigheten och du kan komma och gå som du vill utan några avbrott.

'The Barn' sover 6-8 vuxna bekvämt och är en stor tre sovrum konverterad amerikansk stil ladugård som är helt fristående med stora levande och nöjesområden - och en badtunna!

De sovande arrangemangen i ladugården är tre (3) Queen size-sängar i sovrummen och två (2) dubbla bäddsoffor, en i övervåningen Mezzanine sovrummet och den andra i vardagsrummet.

Gästerna kan helt enkelt koppla av, curl upp med en bok framför elden eller ligga i solstolarna. Du kan också njuta av en spa, gå till en bush promenad, lägga ut på däck och se världen gå av eller underhålla och njuta av ett skratt med en grupp vänner.

This beautiful spot along the Abercrombie River was the ideal setting for a getaway with friends. Our group of six stayed in the Barn, which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The Barn is designed perfectly for a group, with comfortable beds, open style living and an amazing kitchen that is well-stocked with quality cooking equipment, making self-catering a breeze. We spent much of our time enjoying the views from this fantastic accommodation, but we also ventured out for some bushwalking and exploration in the nearby National Park. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the hot tub. There’s something magical about soaking in warm water outdoors while gazing at the expansive night sky filled with stars. It was a great way to unwind after a day of activities. Another charming aspect of our visit was the two dogs on the property, Jackson and Mitchel, both Australian Kelpies. They joined us on our bushwalks, and their presence made our experience even more enjoyable. All in all, I can’t think of anything that could have improved our stay. Just a tip for future visitors: make sure to bring all your essentials, such as milk, corn cakes, and bread, as it’s quite a journey to return for forgotten items. Abercrombie Ridge truly offers a luxurious camping experience without the hassle of tents, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with friends.

Everything about the stay was amazing! The location, accommodation, hosts. Absolutely gorgeous, Russ and Mark have thought of every little detail. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing weekend with family, friends or just a couple. totally per friendly. Our Labrador loved everything even the visit each morning from Jack and Mitch. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at Abercrombie Ridge was simply outstanding. Russ was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well every night. The location was perfect, with the most amazing views. I would highly recommend Abercrombie Ridge to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Thank you to Russ for making our stay so memorable!

We were greeted with big smiles on entry, and our kids loved their friendly kelpies. The Barn was so tastefully designed, you can tell the owners take great pride and no expense was spared. For myself, it was just super relaxing, the views were incredible, nothing beats the beautiful country side. For my kids, the experience was magic, waking up in the morning to look out the window and see deers and kangaroos, they just couldn't contain their excitement. We flew kites, played lots of outdoor games, and made the most of the games room. We all really had a great time, thank you.

My hubby, kids (4 and 5), dog and I stayed at Abercrombie Ridge for the June long weekend. Our expectations were exceeded based on the property but also the vast countryside around it. It was a lovely weekend that enabled us to completely disconnect from our city life and enjoy nature. The kids adored the property and were obsessed with the kangaroos and had a daily ritual of collecting sticks for the fire. Russ was a great host, he ensured that we had a good handover and then left us to relax into our stay. We can’t wait to come back again! 10/10!

What an amazing place. Close to Sydney yet it feels miles from anywhere. The Barn was so well stocked a fantastic kitchen for cooking and beautifully furnished. Very clean and very well organised. 8 adults really stretched the sleeping layout, it is well set up for 6 people the pull out sofa bed is really only suitable for 1 adult or a couple of kids. All 3 queen beds were luxurious and very comfortable. The outdoor spa was amazing sitting over the valley. Be aware the games room is another building not attached to the barn but very close by and very well set up. You will need to take everything with you and return home with your rubbish. But that really was no problem. Would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for some country vibes and downtime. We celebrated my husband’s 60 birthday with our adult kids and the setting was perfect. An outdoor and indoor fire well stocked with wood completed the stay. We even saw deer and lots of kangaroo close by. Would certainly stay again!

Not only is this property elegantly decorated and one with nature, the hosts are generous in their welcome and attentiveness...its those extra touches: personalised welcome note, bottle of sparkling wine, coffee pods and a large box of chocolates, that will always stay with us. We had such a good stay at this well equipped and tranquil house. Everything in the description is spot on, but I don’t think I truly understood what an amazing location for this place. Almost 360 degree views from the ridge and some stunning sunsets! We will be back!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this property together. It is exactly as pictured (if not better), the barn is gorgeous, the spa is fantastic and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The property really is a great place for a get away, and we are hoping to come back soon. Russ was really fantastic to deal with and helped us out with any issues - thank you for having us!

You couldn’t ask for more; amazing views, superb kitchen with the lot, fun games room, best spa view in the world & amazing wildlife visitors of wombats, parrots, wallaby’s and deer. Plus the most warm welcoming hosts. We didn’t want it to end !!!

Our group and our dog had such an amazing few days at the Abercrombie Ridge. It was very relaxing and the views during the day AND night were phenomenal! We especially enjoyed taking a stroll around the property and taking in the amazing scenery and watching the sunset with a drink in the hot tub. Spotting wildlife throughout the day was a bonus for us too. Russ was such a helpful and friendly host and we would highly recommend anybody to stay here!

We had a lovely weekend away and truly relaxed. The property is well fitted and kitted out with modern fixtures and furniture. Great roaring fire kept us toasty warm. We loved the games room, bush walks and even the outside toilet! Haha. Perfect for our kids and dogs. Mark and Russ are great hosts too. We will be back

Wonderful location and the accommodation was first class. Russ had obviously gone to some lengths to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. We just relaxed and enjoyed ourselves. Lots of memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks Russ!

Stayed for the weekend last August and had a great time. The barn is really spacious and easily fitted six adults and two babies. It was a very cold and snowy weekend so couldn’t really take advantage of the outside areas. The fire place kept us all warm and toasty inside. Lots of games available and loads of dvds to watch. All in all a comfortable stay with all amenities provided. Only criticism was the rather arduous cleaning requirements when the cleaning fee is pretty heavy. Great views and great entertainment room even with the dash in the snow. Thanks for having us.
