We enjoyed dining outside on the deck. The AC worked OK as needed. They provided a fan in the bedroom which we placed at the door to suck in the cool air. We did have ocassional issues with the outside door keypad but just went around the front if we couldn't get it to open.”

The TV is only a Roku TV so you have to have your own streaming services to be able to watch anything. it is a very small TV and had one broken leg. they were receptive when the Wi-Fi was not working. They came over, but their attitude could’ve been better. They made us feel like we didn’t know what we were doing. It is very centrally located in downtown Luddington. Parking was great.
