“This was a lovely place to stay on Martha's Vineyard. The space is not huge, but very well laid out and tastefully decorated. The living room couches were especially comfortable! Matthew is an excellent, responsive host.”

“The location was great - short walk to restaurants, short walk to bike rentals and then ride down a paved trail to Woods Hole for lunch or to get the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The house is adorable, comfortable and has everything you need. We had coffee on the patio (cushions provided but not shown in my photo) and played board games at night. Honestly it’s even better and more spacious than the photos reflect. ”

“The owner never communicated with us or VRBO…we had driven from our home to our “vacation home” and did not receive access from the owner. Being it was week of Fourth of July there were no other rental options. Stuck! Do not book this venue! Big big scam!”
