“First of all, it’s a hotel—and that is not mentioned in the listing. Secondly, it is a dumpy motel—dirty carpets, few amenities, stairs but no elevators. Worst of all was the customer service. I received no address or access info and when I called to get them I was asked on several attempts to try calling back in ten minutes or so. When the guy had time to talk he told me I had to supply my ID and credit card info over the phone. I told him I was at my departure airport and couldn’t forward ID...
